Our Yogic Living Reconnecting with Nature Program embarks on a transformative journey that harmonizes your inner and outer worlds. Nestled in the country land of Costa Rica, this 10-day retreat offers a unique opportunity to reconnect with the natural world while deepening your yoga practice and exploring the healing wisdom of plants. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi, herbal enthusiast, or simply seeking a deeper connection to yourself and the Earth, this experience is designed to nurture your body, awaken your spirit, and inspire lasting change. Through daily yoga and meditation, hands-on workshops, heart-opening ceremonies, and nourishing plant-based meals, you’ll cultivate a renewed sense of balance, vitality, and clarity. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature, connect with like-minded souls, and return home with practical tools to integrate these life-enhancing practices into your everyday life. This retreat is more than a getaway—it’s a journey toward a more connected, intentional, and harmonious way of living.

DAY ONE 

Arrival Day
Candlelight yoga for grounding or night sky meditation outside, followed by a burn ceremony to release old energy and set intentions for the retreat.

DAY TWO & THREE

Connecting with Earth
Ground yourself in the essence of the Earth element with mindful exploration and creative workshops. Begin the day with grounding yoga and meditation, followed by nature hikes through Tirimbina and wholesome meals. Afternoon will be spent in workshops exploring Ayurveda principles, concluding with reflective journaling and a cacao ceremony around a bonfire.

DAY FOUR & FIVE

Connecting with Water
Immerse yourself in the fluid and adaptable energy of the Water element. Engage in a healing workshop focused on energy alignment, incorporating Qi Gong practices to harmonize the body’s flow. End each day with a cacao ceremony to celebrate emotional release, adaptability, and the nourishing qualities of water.

DAY SIX & SEVEN

Connecting with Fire
Harness the transformative power of Fire through vision and creation. Begin with a Drishti-focused vision yoga flow and visit a herbal farm, engaging in a workshop delving into the fiery energy of creation and transformation

DAY EIGHT & NINE

Connecting with Air
Experience the lightness and freedom of the Air element through intentional breathwork, movement, and relaxation. Each morning begins with a breathwork practice to awaken clarity and vitality. Throughout the day, explore movement and stillness to foster inner lightness and balance through yoga and therapeutic practices. Participants will also receive a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage to enhance their connection to the Air element. Conclude the evening with a soothing breathwork session to cultivate calm and spaciousness before rest.

DAY TEN

Connecting with Ether
Conclude the elemental journey with a sound ceremony and yoga nidra, inviting deep rest and connection to the space within and around us.

DAY ELEVEN

Departure Day
Enjoy a final breakfast together, followed by a closing circle to reflect on the retreat journey. Leave with a renewed sense of clarity, balance, and connection to the elements, carrying forward the energy cultivated during the retreat.
